About UOL EdTech
Created in 2017 with the aim of being a protagonist in the digital transformation of the education sector in Brazil, UOL EdTech develops technological platforms and offers digital learning experiences that support companies, educational institutions and students all over Brazil.
In 2021, UOL EdTech received an investment from the SoftBank Latin America Fund. The fund is part of SoftBank Group Corp., one of the world’s largest technology investors.
The investment comes at a time of the biggest change in higher education in the last 100 years, with a strong expansion in the offer of 100% online training programs. In addition, we are living in a context of digital transformation in all business sectors, changing work and career development in companies, with the need for professionals who are lifelong learners, i.e. who are constantly learning.
We believe in the potential of technology to transform education, giving students and professionals access to a digital learning experience that meets the challenges of constant learning in a digital world.
