In total, more than 100,000 people enrolled, with over a thousand certificates issued. The content was well-received, earning a score of 4.81 out of 5, placing it in the excellence range. Additionally, there were hundreds of mentions on our social media praising the course.

Lais Kostakos, who completed the course, sent the following message on our social media: “I’m here to give feedback about the free course I’m taking on performance management; it’s simply WONDERFUL!! I worked for 7 years in content production for training, and I can say it’s perfect and has been really helpful.”

The course aims to provide managers and leaders with the essential skills needed in today’s business world, focusing on decision-making development. It covers the pillars of Talent Science, a methodology created by Qulture.Rocks, as well as the calibration of results, including how large companies like Google and AB InBev apply these concepts and practices.

To expand the scope and relevance of the content, the course is led by four key industry leaders: Francisco Homem de Mello, founder of Qulture.Rocks; Caio Viana, Head of People & Culture at C&A Brasil; Christiane Berlin, Chief Human Resources Officer at OLX Brasil; and Michele Martins, Chief People Officer at Neoway.

Overall, the course explores performance measurement as a tool within the machinery of organizational culture, emphasizing more effective data analysis. According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), effective performance management can reduce employee turnover by 30%.
